Stacie Bakken

I am very excited to be the Social Emotional
Coach (SEC) in Paradise Valley, Provost, Hughenden, Amisk, Chauvin and Edgerton. I have my diploma in Child and Youth Care work and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services.

In 2004, I began working as a casual Educational Assistant and this led me to furthering my education in working with children and youth that are struggling with social and emotional needs. Working with children is my passion, and I cannot think of a better way to spend my time!

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my children and family, hiking, kayaking, camping and traveling. We have had so many changes over the past few years as our daughter moved to Victoria to pursue a career in Performing Arts, and our family has grown to include our beautiful new daughter in-law. The wedding was in July, and it was a perfect day to celebrate their love!
