Michael Olsen

Hello! I am Mr. Olsen. 

I am entering my eighth year of teaching, and my third year at Provost Public School.

I am ecstatic to be teaching Elementary Music, Art, and Junior/Senior Band again this year. Having the opportunity to share my love for music and passion for performance at Provost Public School has been the best experience in my teaching career to date. And having the chance to do what I do back in my home school district Buffalo Trail Public Schools Division, makes it even more rewarding.

I obtained my Bachelors of Education from the University of Alberta. I began my teaching career in Elementary Music and Drama. Over the past seven years, I have taught at all grade levels and at numerous schools in Alberta. I moved to Provost two years ago with my little family of four (soon to be five! Summer Baby!). We couldn't be happier to be part of this incredible community we now call home.
