Katrin Heim

I am the Assistant Principal and Grade 5 English Language Arts and Mathematics Teacher at Provost Public School. This is my 15th year in the education profession and my first year as a Panther here in Provost. My positions have varied. Most recently I served in the role of Innovation Coach with Learning Services, where I had the privilege of supporting teachers across Buffalo Trail Public Schools in the areas of literacy, numeracy, and inclusion.

My partner, Christopher, and I live in Edgerton with our three children - Camden, Carter, and Julianne. Our family stays busy with a variety of sports and activities throughout the year. Our favorites include hockey, 4H, archery, snowmobiling, and gymkhana. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, hiking, reading, and baking. 

As an educator, I’m passionate about rural education and believe that together, we can provide high-quality learning experiences for all our learners in Provost Public School.
